It seems that Sony Pictures Television have finally found the angels they’ve been looking for. After having searched far and wide for actresses to star in the ABC Charlie’s Angels reboot they have found three actresses that they want to move forward with.

So, who are they?

• Annie ilonzeh – General Hospital
• Minka Kelly – Friday Night Lights
• Rachael Taylor – Transformers

Drew Barrymore, who starred in the Charlie’s Angels movie will produce the TV show through her Flower Films production company. Smallville writer Miles Millar has already written the script.

Right, courtesy of Deadline, here are some brief character bios of the Angels alongside who will play them…

Per Deadline, Taylor is Abby, the youngest and “sassiest” of the crimefighting trio. Abby, the offspring of a notorious Wall Street crook, is a con artist and Krav Magra expert.

Izoneleh is Kate, a smart and very athletic ex-cop who happens to be a master of martial arts. Kelly’s character is not quite so straightforward.

Currently the third Angel is former Marine Marisa, a weapons expert and total neat freak. The studio would like Kelly on the series, but not necessarily as Marisa. The producers are currently reconfiguring the role to better fit Kelly’s considerable talents. The character will no longer be named Marisa by the time they’re done.
