Superman Reboot To Film In Canada?
According to the newspaper The Calgary Herald, director Zack Snyder is considering filming scenes for his Superman reboot in Alberta, Canada. Lindsay Blackett, the Culture minister confirmed this past Wednesday that a portion of a 200 million dollar Hollywood movie production will be shot in Alberta but stopped short of actually putting a name to the production. He did add however that the production would mean a 35 million dollar injection into the province. Anyway, according to an insider who was talking to The Calgary Herald, Blackett is actually referring to the new Superman movie; Superman: Man of Steel. Hangover Star Says No More Hangover Movies After Sequel
According to The Hangover star Ed Helms, there won’t be a third Hangover movie or at least, in his opinion there won’t be. In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Helms was asked whether or not there would be any more Hangover sequels after the events of the upcoming Hangover: Part 2 and Helms remarked that he believes director Todd Phillips won’t let there be a second sequel to the 2009 comedy blockbuster… “I doubt it. Creep Helmer To Direct Pride And Prejudice And Zombies Adaptation?
The rumour mill is currently churning with reports that Severance and Creep director Christopher Smith is currently top of the list of candidates to direct Lionsgate’s eagerly anticipated book adaptation; Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Now, it is by no means a certainty that Smith will park his ass in the director’s chair as we’ve already seen the same rumour applied to David O’Russell, who was supposedly “locked in” to direct, he of course left the project at which point Mike White stepped in and looked like the guy to steer the ship.
