I picked up the Sharp Shooter at midnight and my copy of Killzone 3. The assembly of the Sharp Shooter took about 1 minute and I was off killing stuff in Killzone 3. The ease of playing the game with the Shooter was not difficult and took a short amount of time to get use to. After about an hour or so, I started to shoot from the hip as my shoulder and neck started to cramp up a bit. Overall the concept and scheme is very cool and offers up a great alternative to the controller aspect of shooter games.

I watched a third party video on You Tube today and the gentleman that made it said that it also works with MAG. I guess any shooter game currently utilizing PlayStation Move would work with Sharp Shooter. I have included that video in this article for your info. Overall the new Sharp Shooter controller gets a big A from me for no other reason than it does everything they say it does and brings a refreshing new concept to first person shooters. Third party video game makers will be incorporating this feature in their games for sure.

I cannot wait for Socom 4 to come out to give it a whirl with the Sharp Shooter.
