Sony finally is releasing the type of games that I have expected since buying my PS3. I got Killzone 3 last night along with my Sharp Shooter and I have to admit that my PS3 is finally delivering with this type of first person shooter. The game has a few quirks, but overall is a pleasure to play. I have experienced a few game freezes and minor problems. The graphics are the best I have seen to date, and with or without the Sharp Shooter, its just plain fun.

The single player missions are a bit short and multi-player is very good, but I am sure it will be more enjoyable playing with friends. The Sharp Shooter makes Move much more spot on and gives a great realistic warfare feel to the game. I started shooting from the hip after an hour or so as cramping started to set in. Killzone 3 picks up where 2 left off.

This release is Sony’s best so far this year with or without the Sharp Shooter addition. I hope that Socom 4 keeps up the frenzy of some pretty cool game play for me. In the meantime I will be enjoying Killzone 3 online after I am done with single player action. If you have not picked up this game, I highly recommend it.
