Celebrity Big Brother winner Alex Reid has, reportedly, stopped wearing his wedding ring and accepted that his marriage to former glamour model-turned reality TV star Katie Price is finished.

In a public statement released last month, Price announced that her 11-month marriage to MMA fighter Alex Reid was over.

Reid was given the wedding ring, which is thought to be worth £2500, on the eve of their wedding in Las Vegas last year.

According to a source who was talking to the UK tabloid; The Sun…

“Although the divorce is pressing ahead, Alex still wore his ring around the house and she never complained. She has been leading him on for several weeks now – that is why he hasn’t left the house. She told him she needs him there as her bodyguard.

But yet again she has jetted off around the world and discarded him like a used tissue.

He understands that he needs to take off the ring to move on, which he has now done. He’s in pieces about it.”
