In an interview on NBC’s The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, music mogul and X-Factor boss Simon Cowell revealed that he still hasn’t decided who to sign up for the upcoming X-Factor USA judging panel.

Leno asked Cowell why there was a delay in naming the judges when Cowell simply replied…

“I can’t make up my mind. I keep meeting all these people every day and I like them. At the moment I could end up with about 23 judges on this panel; one contestant, 23 judges!”

So, just who is thought to be in the running for the X-Factor USA judging gig? Well, here are some names that have been thrown about…

• Nicole Scherzinger
• Rihanna
• Cee Lo Green
• Mariah Carey
• Cheryly Cole
• Lindsay Lohan
• George Michael
• Mick Jagger

With auditions for the X-Factor USA due to kick off on March 27th in Los Angeles, it’s probably safe to assume that Simon Cowell will announce the X-Factor USA judges in the next couple of weeks.
