GK Films have announced that the planned reboot of the Tomb Raider movie franchise will be released in 2013. GK Films, who are owned by Oscar winning Departed producer Graham King, acquired the movie rights to the legendary video game franchise from publisher Square Enix. George Lucas Talks Stormtrooper Battle To The Supreme Court

Star Wars creator George Lucas’s long-running battle with the manufacturer of replica Stormtrooper costumes has now made it all the way to the UK Supreme Court. Lucas has long been miffed that UK prop designer Andrew Ainsworth, the dude who actually built the original Stormtrooper costumes for the first Star Wars movie, has been selling replicas to the public as he feels that he alone owns the copyright to the design and Ainsworth has no rights whatsoever to sell the replica suits.
