ABC is launching a new series on Sunday, October 23 called “Once Upon A Time” and it puts a new twist on classic Fairy Tales with an updated storyline. The new show focuses on the town of Storybrooke, Maine and its inhabitants. On the surface, it looks like a normal small town but it is actually home to “Fairy Tale” characters that have some sort of amnesia and look like normal people. The premise is that Prince Charming and Snow White had a child and somehow escaped the curse of the “Evil Queen” that made time stand still. This “parallel” universe theory should make for some interesting episodes. Starring in the series are Jennifer Morrison, Ginnifer Goodwin, Joshua Dallas, and Lana Parilla. If the show succeeds, ABC will be on its way to making Sunday night TV something that the whole family can enjoy again. Once Upon A Time will air at 8pm eastern time on ABC.
