Glee Recap Live 1/31/12: What Would Michael Jackson Do?

Our lesson for today is….WWMJD. That’s right, what would Michael Jackson do? Glee pays tribute to the king of pop tonight with New Directions hoping to win regionals with his songs. However, someone from the Warblers finds out what they’re doing and the two glee ensembles battle it out to the streets. Sebastian, Warblers’ leader, throws a slushee on Blane (Kurt’s boyfriend) which deeply scars his cornea (some rough slushee, right?). Also, Quinn cuts into Yale while Rachel and Kurt receive news on their NYADA applications. Stay tuned as we give you the latest on tonight’s episode of Glee only here on Nerdles.

Kurt and Santana think of ways to get back on Sebastian from gagging to violence but the two resolve to beat him in a fair game. Meanwhile, Sam and Mercedes get into some action today by the auditorium (nope, not what you’re thinking. it’s just a kiss). Kurt receives a letter from NYADA….wait for it…he got accepted and Rachel gets upset for not yet receiving one. Back to Santana, she confronts Sebastian asking him what he put on that rough slushee he threw on Blane. Santana however, gets some slushee herself as Blane throws one at her and escapes like the smooth criminal he is.

Fortunately, Santana gets clever on Sebastian and records him confessing on putting rock salt on Blane’s slushee scene. Kurt invites the Warblers over and the two groups sing my favorite MJ song – Black or White. New Directions decided to abandon MJ for regionals to give way for the Warblers (i hate this part) and Rachel finally receives her notice from NYADA…guess what? she’s a finalist (no surprise there, right?).
