Today, the action continues with this week’s guest co-host, Toni Braxton! Harley’s week-long celebrity fitness series continues with a demonstration on how to get Rihanna’s legs. Author Eileen Daspin and the Harris sisters are here, too! This and so much more so stay tuned only here on Nerdles!
The show begins with some fitness devices that will keep us moving! First, a stationary bike hooked on a television. If your speed goes down, so does the audio on the TV. Next is “The Motivator”, and it looks like a blender. The control, the car keys, and other workout distractor can be placed in this contraption and set on a timer based on the time you’ve set to exercise. Last, a bracelet that monitors the distance of your workout, and gives you free coupons based on your workout!
Now, Harley continues on his week-longcelebrity fitness series by showing us some exercises to get Rihanna’s legs. First workout is the reverse lunge. You put a bar on your shoulders and do lunges. Next exercise is the butt-kick, by just extending the buttock to your back, you get rid of butt meat that’s between the thighs and the butt cheeks. Harley says that 3 sets of 20 three times a week can get you the pop star’s legs.
Back on the show, the author of “Manhattan Diet” Eileen Daspin shares why a lot of New York ladies look more slim and fit. She shares that one big factor is walking around the city. Not only does it keep you moving, it can also add pressure to always looking good while walking around the city. Eileen says that having a cheat day is also important to satisfy yourself without being full. She believes that portion control and moderation are the main reasons why women in New York continue to dine out yet looks so slim. Wow, I want to move to New York now!
Back on the show, 13 year old Kendall Levine joins Tim and Ty to share her Anti-Bullying advocacy. Her motto is “I let my haters be my motivators.” She says she deals with bullying by not taking it personally. She also makes sure to step in every time she sees someone else being bully. Now, that’s one brave kid! Instead, she found her passion for Irish Dancing and has been practicing it continuously. She’s really good at it, too!
Now, The Revolution visits the Harris sisters who successfully went through a 5 month revolution together. Due to popular demand, the show gives us an update on how the sisters are following through their revolution. A video clip is shown where they made drastic changes from their life seven months ago. From eating junk to eating healthy, plus working out 5 times a week, they have continued on living a revolutionized life even after the end of their 5-month journey. Now, the Harris sisters join Ty, Dr. Jen and Dr. Tiffanie, looking slimmer and happier, and continuing to motivate each other to live a healthy life.
