Apple Customers Flooding Forum With Complaints on iOS 5 Upgrade

UPDATE 10/13: finally got the upgrade to go through after a grueling process of resetting my iPad 2. It took two tries, but finally it is working now. Reports on the web are confirming that Apple’s servers are overwhelmed. I would suggest waiting a day or two, until the fever dies down a bit, before upgrading to iOS 5. Especially if you are not that technically inclined. Seems Apple is having a lot of problems with users upgrading to the iOS 5 and the forums are full of posts from unhappy iPhone and iPad owners.
