Freddie Mercury lives!

It seems like perfect casting, Deadline.com is reporting that Sacha Baron Cohen will play deceased Queen frontman, Freddie Mercury. The biopic will begin filming in 2011. Queen was one of the top bands during the 70s and 80s thanks to Mercury’s outrageous presence on stage and incredible vocals. The band is responsible for such hits as “We Will Rock You,” “Bohemian Rhapsody” and the ever popular, “We Are the Champions.” Mercury was 45 when he died in 1991 from complications relating to the AIDS virus.
