Judge Judy Sheindlin dismisses Burt Broussard‘s suit against Neighbor Rigoberto Lemus (photo) and Rigoberto’s Daughter Nancy Rivera, for wrongful arrest, and their counterclaim against Burt for harassment. The judge dismisses Burt’s case, because he had pled guilty to making noise. She tells the neighbors to try to like each other or live far away from each other. Judge Judy: $175 for Kicked Out Sober Living Facility Patient (3/6/14)

Judge Judy Sheindlin awards $175 to former sober living facility tenant Shameka Wilson after being kicked out for taking drugs. Judge Judy only awards her the rent because the facility doesn’t have evidence. Otherwise, Shameka would have gotten nothing. The judge then dismisses Elizabeth Minardi’s $323 suit for pink boots damage and Elizabeth’s sister-in-law’s care aide Emily Borden’s $2,200 countersuit for lost wages and assault. Eviction Shameka lived in a sober living facility, where drugs were not allowed.
