The judge tells Kendra that she could have sublet her place when Danielle had moved out. Judge Judy Sheindlin awards $5,000 each to 2 landlords, Travis Needham (photo) and Joyce Hengl, for their tenants’ property damage. Travis sues his cousin Marsha Tucker, for damage caused by her son Russell. The judge dismisses Marsha’s counterclaim for defamation. Joyce Hengl’s tenant Peter Braun told her that he had moved out in March. When she went over to her rental property, she claims that she stepped over a lot of stuff and found him under a mattress.
