Two New Doctor Who Video Games Headed For The Wii And The DS
Two brand new Doctor Who video games have been announced for the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS. The two titles are being developed by Asylum Entertainment and will be published by Koch Media. The Wii will get Doctor Who: Return to Earth while Doctor Who: Evacuation Earth will be released on the Nintendo DS. You Can Now Swap Your Copy Of Red Dead Redemption For Sprouts
UK supermarket giant Tesco has taken its new pre-owned video games service nationwide. Yep, from now on, when you go on your weekly grocery shopping expedition you can now take along and swap your used video games for in-store credit which means that essentially you can pay for your food with video games. A number of adverts are running in various UK tabloids which show the trade-in values for various video games. For example your copy of Red Dead Redemption will earn you £19 to spend on sprouts, as will Mario Wii while a copy of EA’s 2010 FIFA World Cup will give you enough credit to walk away with three of those make-it-yourself pizzas….
No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise Headed For PS3 And 360
Konami will port the Wii action game No More Heroes: Heroes Paradise to the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Earlier in the year the original No More Heroes was ported to the PS3 and 360 minus the motion-controls which the Wii version relied heavily on. It’s probably a given that the PS3 port will incorporate Move controls but I wonder if the 360 version will include Kinnect support? Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock Ready To Roll Next Month
Activision has revealed that their next instalment of their insanely popular Guitar Hero franchise will hit the shelves of your local video game store in September. September 24th to be exact. Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock will, as per usual be released on all three major formats; Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360 and will feature over 90 new tracks by artists such as The Hives, Muse, Queen, Rush, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath and The White Stripes.
